Apple and Rosemary Jelly

A new recipe is now available, apple Jelly scented with Rosemary.
This is great with a Loin of roast Lamb.
After roasting the lamb.
Take all of the fat from the roasting tray and add a little red wine.
heat through to remove all of the juices from the roasting tray.
Pass the liquid through a sieve and add the Apple and Rosemary Jelly to the sauce.
