On Hold, New season thoughts.

Seems that the business is on hold for the moment.
However, the Allotment is under way, ingredients are ready to be planted, plans for a tunnel to grow my own Chillies.
We are going to miss Kildale show this year, I am gutted but at the end of the day we will be in Australia!

Still some produce available at Fawcett's Ingleby Greenhow. A batch of fresh recipes are due within the next month and I will be stating to think about other outlets.
