What is Abigail's Pantry?

Good question!
Where do old Chef's go when they come out of the kitchen? In the Pantry? I don't know, all I know is that I really enjoy creating new ideas with local produce!

It's probably about keeping my hand in, but then again, you never know, we could be on to something!

Today people are much more conscious of using healthy, fresh produce, organically grown produce, wild produce, this is what Abigail's Pantry is about for me.

Traditional recipes and wherever possible, local produce.

Consequently, I have started on another new project, An Allotment.
Perfect. I can now produce my own stuff, well I can try after I have got rid of the weeds!
